Editorial management and overall Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) compliance are directly overseen by Frédéric Roger KESTENER, Lead Business Architect and Digital Transformation Expert.
These terms are designed to protect both our advisory firm and our institutional clients, guaranteeing a transparent, compliant, and secure collaboration framework. Our general conditions may be adapted or updated within 15 working days following a formal decision by the Board of Directors, without undue delay.
Any client-specific terms or contractual derogations must be formally agreed upon and contextualised within a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW).
